Your SecureFox account email and the billing email at your payment provider are separate fields. You can change either independently.
Change the SecureFox account email
Sign in to the dashboard, open Profile, edit Email and save. We send a confirmation link to the new address — click it within 24 hours to make the change permanent.
Change the App Store billing
App Store billing follows the payment method on your Apple ID. Update it in Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping. No SecureFox-side action needed.
Change the Google Play billing
Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods. Add a new method and set it as default for SecureFox.
Change the Stripe card
Sign in to the dashboard, open Subscription → Manage billing. The Stripe portal opens; you can update the card, billing address, and tax ID from there.
