If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page on the dashboard or from the app. The reset link goes to the email on your account and is valid for 24 hours.
From the dashboard
- Open the sign-in page and tap Forgot password.
- Enter the email on your account. We always show the same generic confirmation message — we don't reveal whether an email is registered.
- Check your inbox for the reset link.
- Click the link, enter a new password, and sign in.
From the app
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. Enter your email — we'll send the reset link there. After resetting, sign in normally.
