Terms of Service

1. The service

SecureFox is a virtual private network operated by SecureFox Inc. ("we", "us"). The service routes your internet traffic through encrypted exit nodes we control.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Sharing an account beyond your plan's device limit is a violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SecureFox to:

• Distribute malware, run command-and-control infrastructure, or operate botnets.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or commercial messages.
• Conduct network scanning, brute-force attacks, or denial-of-service.
• Distribute or download child sexual abuse material. Reports go directly to NCMEC.
• Violate the laws of your jurisdiction or that of the exit node.

Repeated or egregious abuse will result in account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout (Stripe / Coingate). Renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance from the store-of-record.

Refunds: Refunds are processed by the store you bought through. Apple and Google honour their respective regional grace windows (typically 14 days in the EU, 48 hours in the US). Direct web purchases follow the 14-day cooling-off period required by EU consumer law.

5. Service availability

We target high uptime but make no SLA guarantees on the consumer plans. Specific exit nodes may be removed or relocated at any time. We'll keep enough capacity that your overall experience is uninterrupted.

6. Termination

You may delete your account from the app or by emailing hello@securefox.xyz. We retain the right to terminate accounts that violate section 3 above.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as-is with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that SecureFox will work on every network or that every exit IP will be accepted by every third-party service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for disputes is the BVI commercial court.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email and the in-app notifications inbox at least 30 days before they take effect.
