Subscriptions are managed by whichever store you originally subscribed through. SecureFox never charges your card directly — there's nothing for us to cancel on our side. The cancellation happens in your App Store, Play Store, or Stripe account, and our backend learns about it via webhook.
App Store (iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap SecureFox VPN.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play (Android)
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap SecureFox VPN, then Cancel subscription.
Web (Stripe)
Sign in to the SecureFox dashboard, go to Subscription, and tap Manage billing. You'll land in the Stripe customer portal where Cancel plan is available.
Crypto (Coingate)
Crypto subscriptions are pay-as-you-go — they don't auto-renew. There's nothing to cancel; just don't pay the next invoice.
