Request a refund

Refund windows by store of record and how to file a request.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid through. We honour every refund the store approves and don't have a separate company-side policy that contradicts them.

App Store refunds

Apple's window is regional — typically 14 days in the EU and 48 hours in the US, often longer if it's your first time using a particular app. File at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play refunds

Google offers an automatic 48-hour self-serve refund for new purchases through Play. After that, you can request a discretionary refund from us by email.

Stripe (web)

EU consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off window after purchase, regardless of whether you used the service. Email hello@securefox.xyz from the address on the account and we'll process it.

Coingate (crypto)

Crypto payments aren't reversible. We don't offer crypto refunds in the general case. If there's a billing error on our side we'll credit a future period or pay the equivalent in stablecoin to an address you provide.
